Parents,

Beginning in September, XP Elite training will move to a monthly membership model.

Until now, we have not charged a separate fee for training. We have simply divided the cost of the gym among the participating players and passed that cost directly to families.

That was the right approach for launching the program. It allowed us to begin training consistently and build momentum while keeping costs as low as possible. But as XP Elite continues to grow, that model leaves very little room to invest back into the program.

Unexpected gym cancellations, equipment needs, scheduling changes, and the other smaller costs associated with operating the program are no less real just because they were not passed on along with gym fees.

Giving XP Elite room to grow

This is not simply about charging more for the same thing. It is about building a stronger and more sustainable program.

Membership revenue will help us purchase needed equipment, absorb unexpected gym and scheduling costs, promote and grow XP Elite, create additional training opportunities, and expand what we can offer families. It will also help us work toward offering XP Elite shooting shirts, bags, and other accessories to members at reduced prices, while giving us more opportunities to contribute as an organization in the community.

Training remains the heartbeat of what we do. The goal is to give players consistent opportunities to build skills, improve their understanding of the game, grow in confidence, and develop into stronger players and leaders on and off the court.

Core Membership

$30

Four training sessions per month

A flexible option for players who want consistent monthly training while balancing other schedules and commitments.

Elite Membership

$50

Eight training sessions per month

Even before any additional benefits, this works out to less than $7 per training session.

Includes 30% off additional XP Elite training opportunities.

Families can choose the membership that best fits their player, schedule, and desired level of participation.

New additional training options

More opportunities for focused development.

Parents have asked for more individualized training, and we are listening. Beginning in September, XP Elite will offer the following additional opportunities:

Small-Group Training

$30 per player

One-hour sessions capped at six players, allowing for more individual instruction, feedback, and attention.

Individual Private Training

$45/hr

One-on-one instruction built around the player’s specific skills, goals, and areas for improvement.

A Team Only

$40 per player

A Team Only will be capped at 12 players and offered exclusively to sixth graders who want additional time and focused preparation before trying out for their seventh-grade middle school team.

Elite Members will receive a 30% discount on additional XP Elite training, including small-group training, individual private training, and A Team Only sessions.

No player should be left behind.

Cost should not be the reason a player loses access to XP Elite training. Need-based scholarships will be available, and parents should feel comfortable contacting me privately to discuss available options. Those conversations will be handled respectfully and confidentially.

Training memberships cover regular XP Elite training. League fees, tournament fees, uniforms, and other event-specific expenses will continue to be handled separately.

The purpose of this change is to make training more consistent for players, more predictable for families, and more sustainable for XP Elite. It will allow us to plan gym time, maintain smaller training groups, invest in the program, and continue creating meaningful opportunities for our players.
